CLINICIAN (MASTER LEVEL)

Golden years Behavioral Health is looking for a clinician committed to individual empowerment and growth, human rights and cultural competency. This clinician will need familiarity with the Internet, e-mail systems, and EHR’s. Experience working with individuals with mental health dx, substance use disorders and dual diagnosis. Must have MASTER’S DEGREE in one of the following disciplines: clinical psychology, education/ counseling, psychology, rehabilitative counseling, social work, and or experience with substance use disorder and mental health services.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides constant, compassionate care to individuals, couples, families and or groups.
• Maintains caseload.
• Provide assessment and training, treatment plan, consultations, development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans etc.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regularly with interdisciplinary team.
• Works collaboratively within team, programs, and develops and implements positive behavior support plans.
• Actively participates in all licensing and accreditation processes.
